NATURE OF THE CONTRACT

This is a fixed-term rental contract for furnished accommodation, bathroom linen is not provided (possibility of rental on site).
In this contract water, electricity and gas are provided at a flat rate by the owner in the rental price.

RENTAL PERIOD

The dates of the rental period are those defined in the rental contract.
It is therefore clearly understood that on the day of his arrival, the tenant will only be able to take possession of the premises from the time defined in the reservation, while on the day of his departure he will have to leave the premises defined in the reservation. .

 

PAYMENT OF THE RENTAL

The rental price of the accommodation for the aforementioned period is payable according to the following terms.

RULES OF COHABITATION BETWEEN RESIDENTS

During their stay, residents and as such the tenant must not generate noise pollution or any other nature likely to cause disturbances in enjoyment and thus personal conflicts between residents.

 
HYGIENE

The tenant must keep the accommodation in a good state of cleanliness and in perfect sanitary condition during his stay. He is obliged to take all the usual precautions not to soil the walls inside the accommodation, the mattresses, the cushions and the bolsters.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE RENTAL CONTRACT

The tenant and his loved ones must respect natural spaces while taking care not to commit any damage.

 

NATURAL SPACES
It is strictly forbidden to change the arrangement of the furniture inside the apartment and thereby move the furniture or remove the furniture from inside the accommodation and install it on the terrace.

 
FURNITURE IN HOUSING

Any damage committed voluntarily or accidentally to the furniture with which the accommodation is provided, new furniture will systematically be subject to compensation from the tenant for the benefit of the owner, compensation which will be provided by the deposit.
The outdoor terrace of the accommodation on the sea side has a table, chairs and deckchairs. It is strictly forbidden to transport this furniture to the beach or any other place.

BEDDING AND EQUIPMENT
The bedding provided in the accommodation is in good condition and no damage will be tolerated by the owner, both with regard to mattresses and cushions, for reasons of hygiene and comfort.
The mattresses are protected by mattress pads which it is strictly forbidden to remove.
The cushions and bolsters are also protected by a cover which is strictly forbidden to remove.
It is strictly forbidden to remove any mattress from its box spring and store it on the ground or on the terrace.
It is strictly forbidden to remove any cushion from your bedding and store it on the floor, both inside the accommodation and on the terrace.
It is strictly forbidden to use cushions on deckchairs.
The accommodation is equipped with household appliances which are in perfect state of maintenance and operation. The tenant must use these devices with care and in accordance with the normal rules of use prescribed by the manufacturer.

 
HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES

The tenant is required to notify the owner immediately after noticing any malfunction in one or more household appliances and must therefore immediately stop using the defective appliance(s).
Any deterioration or malfunction of the household appliances resulting from a failure to follow the basic precautionary rules of use and routine maintenance incumbent on the user will engage the full, complete and unavoidable responsibility of the tenant, who will be subject to the obligation to cover the cost of repair work or replacement costs which will be provided by the security deposit held by the owner.

 

THE PARTIES AGREE AS ​​FOLLOWS

1 The owner undertakes to make available to the tenant the accommodation that the latter has chosen for the aforementioned period, accommodation which must be in perfect general condition in all respects. Furthermore, the owner declares that the said accommodation complies in all respects with the description established in the contract and in the documentation.

2 The maximum accommodation capacity is indicated in the contract. This maximum reception capacity must be respected by the tenant, any failure concerning this point constituting an unconditional termination clause of the rental contract with obligation to pay the entire rent for the period concerned.

3 During the rental period, the tenant is entirely responsible for any damage and possible damage which could be committed by him or his relatives as well as any person invited by him or his relatives inside the campsite and in the accommodation.

 
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE RENTAL CONTRACT FOR BUNGALOWS AND CHALETS

  1. On the day of arrival, when the tenant takes possession of the premises, as well as on the day of departure at the end of the rental period, an inventory of the goods present in the apartment and an inventory will be established in a contradictory framework in the presence of the tenant and the owner or his representative, in order to allow each of the parties to note the total absence of deterioration to the property and damage to the walls which could have been committed during the rental period.
  1. On the day of arrival, the tenant must hand-deliver to the owner or his representative on site a deposit in the form of a bank or postal check or in cash against a receipt duly established by the owner. The deposit will be returned to the tenant by the owner on the day of departure. This deposit has the exclusive purpose of guaranteeing the owner against any deterioration or damage that could be committed in the accommodation during the rental period. Any deterioration or degradation committed in the accommodation during the rental period will systematically be subject to compensation from the tenant for the benefit of the owner, compensation which will be provided by the deposit.
To do this, when returning the keys, he must have carried out the following housework:
  • Sweeping of all floors inside the home.
  • Evacuation of all personal belongings outside the accommodation.
  • Evacuation outside the campsite of absolutely all provisions without any exception.
  • Evacuation outside the campsite of all household waste and other rubbish.
  • Summary washing of sanitary facilities.
  • Perfect cleaning of the stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator which must be empty.
  • Thoroughly wash and completely dry all plates, dishes, cutlery, glasses, bowls, cups and kitchen utensils and put everything away in accommodation.
  • Recovery of all the sheets and various covers which must be folded and stored on the floor of the main room for inventory.

CANCELLATION OF A RESERVATION

You must send a letter requesting termination of the rental within 60 days before the start of your stay. In the event of cancellation 30 days before the scheduled date, you will be charged an amount equal to 50% of the entire stay + administrative fees.

If you cancel less than 30 days before the scheduled date, you will be charged 100% of the total amount of the stay + administrative fees.

On the scheduled arrival date, any delay greater than 24 hours and not reported will result in the cancellation of the reservation, you will be charged the total amount of the stay + the administration fees.
